A home watch visit is a walk through the house with a checklist and a camera: doors and windows, the A/C running and the thermostat and humidity reading, the drain line, no water intrusion and no musty smell, no pests, the water heater and main valve, the electrical panel, faucets run and toilets flushed, the lanai and pool cage, mail and packages.
