How booking works
Choose
Pick the service, the date and the time. Pet visits are 30 or 60 minutes; hourly services run on a half-hour grid.
We confirm
Single visits confirm on the spot when online booking is on. Recurring schedules and monthly plans are requests: we confirm within four hours and nothing is charged until then.
We show up
On time, through the gate you told us about, with a photo and a note when we leave.
Booking policies
Cancellation
Cancel with 24 hours' notice for a full refund. Under 24 hours, half the booked rate. No-shows are charged in full. If a county evacuation order or tropical storm warning covers the service address, we cancel without charge.
Payment
Confirmed bookings are paid through Square: cards, debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Requests are invoiced through Square after we confirm the schedule with you.
First visit
Every new household gets a free meet and greet before the first paid visit. It is how we learn the gate, the door and the routine.
Keys and gates
We arrange gate authorization, codes, fobs or a lockbox at the meet and greet. Keys are stored securely and returned on request.
