How do you get through the Esplanade gate?
The entry is guarded. You add us to your guest list before the first visit, and we confirm the authorization at the free meet and greet so nobody is stuck at the gatehouse on a Tuesday morning. Because the guard is not on duty around the clock, we also confirm the after-hours procedure with you.
Do you offer babysitting in Esplanade?
Esplanade is age-restricted, so our work here is pet visits, home watch while you travel, senior companion and homemaker visits. Visiting grandchildren are welcome in any of those visits.
Can you check the house while we are up north for the summer?
Yes. Home watch is a scheduled walk-through with a same-day photo report: doors and windows, A/C running, water, lanai and pool cage, mail and packages. Hurricane prep and a post-storm check are included for monthly clients, and we keep the gate authorization current so we can get in.
What does a senior companion visit look like here?
Company and conversation, a ride and accompaniment to an appointment, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands, or respite so a spouse can keep a standing pickleball game.
