Errand & Appointment Runs in Wesley Chapel, FL and New Tampa

The Publix run, the pharmacy line, and the A/C tech who says between 12 and 4.

Groceries and a pharmacy run being loaded into a car in Wesley Chapel, Florida
Errand run: $30/hr

An errand run is an hour of our time and our car doing the things that eat your afternoon. The Publix order picked up or shopped from your list and put away in the fridge, not left on the counter. The prescription from the pharmacy drive-through. The dry cleaning dropped off Monday and hung in your closet Thursday. The return package taken to the shipping store or the post office with the receipt texted to you. The delivery box rescued from the front step before the 3 p.m. storm soaks it.

The other half of the job is waiting. Every A/C company, cable installer, appliance delivery and pool-pump tech in Pasco County gives a window like between 12 and 4, and somebody has to be home for it. We will be that somebody: let them in, keep the dog in the bedroom, take a photo of the work order and the part they replaced, and lock up behind them. You get a text when they arrive and a text when they leave, and you keep your afternoon at the office.

We're just down Bruce B. Downs in New Tampa, and Wesley Chapel is where most of our visits are, so an errand loop that starts at your house in Meadow Pointe and hits the Publix, the pharmacy and the post office is a route we already drive. Runs are billed by the hour with a one-hour minimum, and we will tell you up front if a list will take more than that. Groceries and purchases go on your card or as a reimbursement on the invoice, your choice, with receipts photographed every time.

The one hard line: we do not transport passengers. Not kids to practice, not a parent to the doctor, not a neighbor to the airport, not once, not as a favor. We are an errand service, not a ride service, and the line is the same for everyone. We also do not carry cash for you beyond what you have handed us for a specific purchase, and for prescriptions the pharmacy sets the rules on who can pick up, so we will ask you to call ahead the first time. Everything else on a normal Wesley Chapel to-do list, ask.

Questions we get about errands

In Wesley Chapel, FL and New Tampa.

How much does an errand run cost in Wesley Chapel, FL?

$30 an hour with a one-hour minimum. A Publix run plus the pharmacy is usually one hour; waiting for a repair window is however long the window is, and we will quote the likely total before we start. Purchases go on your card or on the invoice as a reimbursement, with the receipt photographed, and there is no markup on anything we buy for you.

Can you drive me or my kids somewhere?

No. We do not transport passengers, ever: not children to practice, not a parent to an appointment, not anyone to the airport, not as a one-time favor. We are an errand service, not a ride service, and the answer is the same for every customer so nobody feels singled out. If you need a ride, a rideshare app or a family member is the right call; we can be at the house when you get back with the groceries put away.

Do you pick up prescriptions?

Yes, within the pharmacy's rules. Most pharmacies in Wesley Chapel will release a prescription to someone else with your name and date of birth, and some ask for the pickup person's ID or a call from you ahead of time, especially for certain medications. Call the pharmacy once to tell them we are coming and it usually goes smoothly. We photograph the receipt and put the bag where you tell us.

Will you wait for the repair tech?

Yes, and it is one of the most useful things we do. Give us the company name and the window, and we will be at your house, let them in, keep the pets out of the way, photograph the work order and anything they replace, and lock up. You get a text when they arrive and one when they leave. If the tech is a no-show, you still owe for the hours we sat there, and we will tell you that up front.

How do you pay for the groceries?

Your choice. Leave a card on file with the store, hand us a card for the trip, set up a Publix or pharmacy order under your name that we pick up, or let us pay and add the receipt to the invoice as a reimbursement. Either way the receipt is photographed and texted before we leave the parking lot, and we do not carry cash for anyone beyond what you have handed us for that specific run.

Do you serve New Tampa too?

Yes. We live in Cross Creek, so Tampa, FL 33647 is the home side: Tampa Palms, Hunter's Green, Arbor Greene, Heritage Isles, Live Oak, K-Bar Ranch and everything off Bruce B. Downs and Cross Creek Boulevard. Wesley Chapel is where most of our visits are, and an errand loop often crosses the county line anyway, since the Publix, the pharmacy and the post office you use are wherever you use them.
