Household care in Watergrass, Wesley Chapel, FL

Watergrass, Wesley Chapel, FL
Watergrass is a 997-acre Crown Community Development master plan off Overpass Rd in Wesley Chapel with two CDDs, the WaterGrass Club at 32711 Windelstraw Dr, Promenade Park, and Watergrass Elementary inside the community on sixteen acres the developer says it set aside for it.
What a visit looks like in Watergrass
Watergrass is off Overpass Rd east of I-75 in Wesley Chapel, FL, and the Overpass Rd interchange (Exit 282) that opened on January 18, 2023 changed how you get here: it is a direct exit halfway between the SR 54 and SR 52 interchanges. The 997-acre master plan by Crown Community Development is split into villages such as Talamore, Bradbury, Astoria, Radley and Stonebrook Villas, with homes from M/I Homes, D.R. Horton, Taylor Morrison, Meritage Homes and Inland Homes. Some villages are gated and some are not, so tell us your village at booking and add us to your visitor access if your street has a gate.
Two districts run the place, Watergrass I (created by a Pasco County ordinance effective February 22, 2005) and Watergrass II, and both list the WaterGrass Club at 32711 Windelstraw Dr as home base. The club has the lap-lane pool with the splash zone, the six-lane junior Olympic pool, a fitness center with a children's play room, tennis courts and a shaded playground, and Promenade Park adds a splash park, its own resort-style pool and large and small dog parks. Amenity access is tied to your household, so if you want us to take the kids to the splash park or the dog to the dog park, we set that up with you at the meet and greet.
Watergrass Elementary is inside the community at 32750 Overpass Rd, on sixteen acres the developer set aside for it, and the developer describes it as within walking distance of the neighborhoods. That is the pattern most families ask us about: a sitter meets the child at dismissal, walks or drives home, and gets homework done before dinner. Summer changes the dog schedule too. Pavement is hot by mid-morning and storms build most afternoons, so dog walks run at sunrise and after 7 p.m., with a midday visit that stays inside except for a quick yard break.
We're just down Bruce B. Downs in New Tampa, and Wesley Chapel is where most of our visits are.
Getting in
Watergrass has both gated and open villages, and the developer describes the community as a private, gated neighborhood behind stone entrance monuments. Tell us your village at booking; if your street has a gate, add us to your visitor access before the first visit and we confirm it at the free meet and greet.
Amenities and who can use them
The amenity center is resident-fob restricted, so if you want us at the pool or clubhouse with your kids or your dog, we need your fob.

Watergrass questions
Specific to this community, not a template.
Can a sitter walk my kids home from Watergrass Elementary?
Yes. The school is inside Watergrass at 32750 Overpass Rd on land the developer set aside for it, and walking home then starting homework is a standard afternoon booking here. We confirm dismissal and pickup authorization with you first, since those rules belong to the school and to Pasco County Schools.
Which Watergrass villages are gated?
Watergrass has both gated and open villages, and the developer's own site calls it a private, gated neighborhood, so we do not assume either way. Tell us your village name at booking; if your street has a gate, add us to your visitor access before the first visit and we confirm it at the free meet and greet.
Can you take the dog to the Watergrass dog park?
Yes, if that is what your dog is used to. Promenade Park has separate large and small dog parks. In summer we walk at sunrise or after 7 p.m. because of pavement heat and the afternoon storm pattern, and a midday drop-in is a yard break and water rather than a long walk.
How do you get to Watergrass from New Tampa?
We are just down Bruce B. Downs in New Tampa, and since January 2023 there is a direct I-75 exit at Overpass Rd (Exit 282), halfway between the SR 54 and SR 52 interchanges. We do not quote drive minutes; I-75 traffic decides that on the day.
