A visit is a visit, not a stopwatch. We come to the house, let the dog out, refill the water, put down the food you left portioned, give the medication you have pre-portioned, scoop the litter, and spend the rest of the time on a walk or on the floor with a toy. On the way out we bring in the mail, water the plants if you asked, check that the door locked behind us, and send a photo with a two-line note. You get the same person every time, so your dog stops barking at us by the second day and the cat eventually comes out from under the bed.
We're just down Bruce B. Downs in New Tampa, and Wesley Chapel is where most of our visits are: Meadow Pointe, Seven Oaks, Wiregrass, Union Park, Epperson and the neighborhoods off SR 54 and SR 56, plus Tampa Palms, Cross Creek, Hunter's Green and the rest of 33647 on our side of the county line. Most of these are gated, so before the first visit we sort out how we get in: your name on the guest list at the gate, a callbox code, a lockbox on the door, or a garage keypad. We write it down once and it stays in your file.
Summer changes the schedule, and we would rather tell you now than surprise you in July. Pavement here gets hot enough to burn paw pads by late morning, and the storms roll in between 3 and 6 p.m. most afternoons, so real walks happen at sunrise and after 7 p.m. A midday visit in summer is a potty break in the shade, a drink, and indoor play under the ceiling fan, not a mile around the pond. From November to April the whole day is fair game and the walks get longer.
We are not a kennel and we are not a vet. We give medication you have pre-portioned, pills in pill pockets and drops you have labeled, and we do not give injections; if your pet is on insulin, ask at the meet and greet and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can take on. Dogs that cannot be walked on a leash, dogs that have bitten, and animals that need medical monitoring are better served elsewhere, and we will say so at the meet and greet rather than take the booking.

- Time for two or three pets to each get attention
- Feeding, fresh water and pre-portioned medication

Overnight in Your Home
$95/night10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
We sleep at your house so the dog keeps their bedtime and the cat keeps their usual lap.

How much do pet visits cost in Wesley Chapel, FL?
$25 for a 30-minute visit, $32 for a 60-minute visit, and $95 for an overnight in your home from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Each additional pet is $8 per visit. We price by the visit, not by the hour, so a 30-minute letout costs $25 whether it runs 25 minutes or 35. There is no booking fee and no app taking a cut in the middle; the price on this page is the price you pay.
Will it be the same person every time?
Yes. That is the whole point of booking a person instead of an app. Apps like Rover match you with a rotating pool of sitters, which means a new face at the door and a new person learning where the leash hangs. Here the same caregiver comes on Tuesday, comes again on Thursday, and is the one who shows up for the overnight in March.
Can you give my pet medication?
We give medication you have pre-portioned: pills in the organizer, pill pockets you have stuffed, drops you have labeled with the dose. We do not give injections. If your cat or dog is on insulin, bring it up at the meet and greet and we will decide together, case by case, whether it is something we can do reliably for your animal. If the answer is no, we will tell you plainly rather than guess with a needle.

Do you serve New Tampa too?
Yes. We live in Cross Creek, so Tampa, FL 33647 is home turf: Tampa Palms, Hunter's Green, Cross Creek, Arbor Greene, Heritage Isles, Live Oak, K-Bar Ranch and the neighborhoods along Bruce B. Downs and Cross Creek Boulevard. Wesley Chapel across the Pasco line is where most of our visits are, and we drive between the two all day. If you are on either side of the county line, we can get to you.
How do you get into my gated community?
However your gate works. Most Wesley Chapel and New Tampa neighborhoods have a guard gate with a guest list, a callbox that dials your phone, or a resident code, and we sort out which one applies before the first visit. For the house itself we prefer a lockbox with a spare key or a garage keypad code over carrying loose keys around. If your community uses a virtual guard or a visitor app, add us once and we are set.
