We never do drop-off or group care and we never bring children to our house, and that is what keeps a babysitter outside Florida's child-care licensing rules. Yes, with your fob and your say-so. The resort-style pool and the clubroom are resident amenities, so pool time is something you authorize at the meet and greet, and we follow the property's posted rules on guests and hours while we are there.
