A weekday visit is a walk on the community trails, water, a stretch in the run and a photo before we lock up. In summer we put walks at sunrise and after 7 p.m. and keep the midday visit short, because the pavement holds heat and the afternoon storms tend to arrive between 3 and 6.
For families the one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and the screened patios are where babysitting and homework help happen; the resort-style pool is a resident amenity, so if you want a pool afternoon you leave us the fob and the rules. The Grove at Wesley Chapel and The Shops at Wiregrass are the nearby errands, and a date night here runs the same way it does in a house.
We are just down Bruce B. Downs in New Tampa, and Wesley Chapel is where most of our visits are.
