Enclave at Wesley Chapel in Wesley Chapel, FL 33544: ZRS-managed one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment community at 1930 Devonwood Dr in Wesley Chapel with a gated, key-fob entrance, a resort-style pool, a 24-hour fitness center and a movie theatre. A lot of the households have both parents working and the grandparents out of state. We are just down Bruce B. Downs in New Tampa, and Wesley Chapel is where most of our visits are.

Babysitting is in your home, for one family at a time, following your routine: dinner, homework, bath, the bedtime you set, and a tidy kitchen when you get back from Wiregrass. We never do drop-off or group care and we never bring children to our house, and that is what keeps a babysitter outside Florida's child-care licensing rules. Enclave is zoned for Sand Pine Elementary, Dr. John Long Middle, Wiregrass Ranch High in Pasco County Schools.

Enclave has a gated entrance that residents open with a key fob; visitors go through the leasing office and whatever fob or code your building uses. Tell us at the meet and greet how guests are admitted at your property. The amenity center is resident-fob restricted, so if you want us at the pool or clubhouse with your kids or your dog, we need your fob. We do not take children to a pool without your written permission and your fob. In the rainy season the storms come through between 3 and 6 in the afternoon, so afternoon visits are timed around them. Date nights run $24/hr with a 2-hour minimum, $3/hr per additional child from the same family, and an overnight is $165/night.
