How we do pet visits in Grand Hampton
Grand Hampton in New Tampa (Tampa, FL 33647): Grand Hampton is a guard-gated, master-planned New Tampa community of nearly 600 acres at the Pasco County line, opened in 2003, with a clubhouse, pools, courts and fitness center on Dunham Station Dr and a community development district created by the City of Tampa. Family dogs behind a guarded gate, so every visit runs on the guest list; midday let-outs, summer walks at sunrise and after 7 p.m., overnights when you travel. We live a few streets over in Cross Creek, on the same side of the county line.
A pet visit here is a full 30 or 60 minutes: out, fed, watered, walked, played with, and a photo sent before we leave. In summer the walks are at sunrise and after 7 p.m., because the pavement on a New Tampa sidewalk at 2 p.m. in July is too hot for paws, and in the rainy season the storms come through between 3 and 6 in the afternoon, so afternoon visits are timed around them. A midday visit in summer is a shaded potty break and fresh water, not a long walk. On acreage lots the walk often stays on your property, with the gate closed behind us.
Grand Hampton has guarded gates and a guardhouse. Add us to your household guest list through the ABDI GateAccess portal at gateaccess.net before the first visit; if you have not used it yet, the Amenity Supervisor registers you first. We confirm it at the meet and greet. The amenity center is resident-fob restricted, so if you want us at the pool or clubhouse with your kids or your dog, we need your fob. Overnights in your own home ($95/night) keep the routine intact when you travel, and multiple drop-ins on the same day cover a long workday.

How do you get into Grand Hampton for a visit?
Grand Hampton has guarded gates and a guardhouse. Add us to your household guest list through the ABDI GateAccess portal at gateaccess.net before the first visit; if you have not used it yet, the Amenity Supervisor registers you first. We confirm it at the meet and greet. For the door itself, a lockbox or a smart-lock code is easiest, and a key handed over at the meet and greet works too.
Can you do several visits a day for a puppy or a senior dog in Grand Hampton?
Yes. Book multiple drop-ins on the same day and space them however the dog needs. Puppies get extra potty breaks, and senior dogs get a slower pace and a check on water and comfort. Medication is given only as you have pre-portioned it.
Do you serve Wesley Chapel as well as New Tampa?
Yes. New Tampa (Tampa, FL 33647) is where we live and Wesley Chapel, FL is where most of our visits are, so Grand Hampton sits inside the area we cover every day.
