Eisenhower Property Group is building it out as a roughly 6,000-acre community of named villages, with eleven builders, lot sizes from 40 to 70 feet and four gated villages, Tamarack, Ryals Field, Fairwood and Hammock, alongside open ones. Construction started in December 2023, so most of what you see is new.
We serve Two Rivers from New Tampa and Wesley Chapel and we quote by drive time, so tell us your village and address and we will say honestly whether a 3:30 school pickup or a noon dog walk is realistic on a given day. The Landing, a 23,000-square-foot private social club with eight pickleball courts, four Har-Tru tennis courts and two pools, is under construction with a late-2026 opening planned and membership tied to select villages, so amenity access here will be by village, not community-wide.
Two Rivers has an HOA plus community development districts, Two Rivers East CDD and Two Rivers West CDD, and village-level clubhouses, pools, playgrounds and trails are part of the plan, so guest and amenity rules are local.
