What a visit looks like in Mirada
Mirada is in San Antonio, FL 33576, not Wesley Chapel, and we say so up front because the two get blurred in marketing. It is Metro Development Group's roughly 2,000-acre gated master-planned community on Mirada Blvd off SR 52, east of I-75 and a few miles north of Wesley Chapel, built around the 15-acre Mirada Lagoon, the largest man-made lagoon in the country. The lagoon is ticketed and open to visitors as well as resident members; the dog park, trails and tot lot are neighborhood amenities, and a 55+ section called Medley has its own clubhouse.
We serve Mirada from New Tampa and Wesley Chapel, and we quote by drive time. Tell us your address and your village and we will say honestly whether we can get there on time for a school pickup or a midday dog walk; some days the answer is yes and some days it is a scheduled visit rather than an on-call one. Mirada also has two community development districts, Mirada CDD and Mirada II CDD, and an HOA, so guest and amenity rules are set locally, and we follow whatever your village's rules are.
A visit at Mirada works the same as anywhere else we go: a meet and greet at your home first, then pet visits, babysitting, homework help or senior companion time in Medley on a schedule. Because it is outside our core area there are no separate Mirada service pages, and this page says what we can do here and what depends on your address.
We are just down Bruce B. Downs in New Tampa, and Wesley Chapel is where most of our visits are.

Mirada questions
The gate, the schools, the amenities and what a visit looks like here.
Is Mirada in Wesley Chapel?
No. Mirada's address is San Antonio, FL 33576, in Pasco County, on Mirada Blvd off SR 52 east of I-75, a few miles north of Wesley Chapel. Builders sometimes market it as the Wesley Chapel area, but the mailing city is San Antonio and we treat it as a nearby area we also serve.
Can you take the kids or the dog to the Mirada Lagoon?
The lagoon is a ticketed amenity open to resident members and visitors, with a beach, swim-up bar, slides and kayak rentals, so a lagoon afternoon is something you set up and authorize; day tickets are required for guests four and older. Dogs use the community dog park and trails instead.
How do you get through the Mirada gate?
Metro describes Mirada as having a gated entry. We do not publish procedures we have not confirmed, so at the meet and greet you tell us how your village admits guests, whether that is a code, a call box or a guest list, and we follow it.
Do you offer senior companion visits in Medley?
Yes. Medley is Mirada's 55+ section with its own clubhouse. Companion visits are company and conversation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands and accompaniment to appointments, scheduled by drive time from Wesley Chapel; tell us the address and we will say honestly what we can commit to.
