Estancia at Wiregrass is the big family community north of The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel, FL, laid out as separate neighborhoods off Estancia Boulevard. The 2013 plan gated three of the four original neighborhoods and left one open, and Santeri Villas is a gated villa section, so access depends on your street. The tax bill carries two lines, the HOA and the Estancia at Wiregrass CDD. The district owns the clubhouse tract at 4000 Estancia Boulevard, where the 7,000-square-foot Estancia Club, the zero-entry pool with the tower slide, the lap pool, the fitness center and the sport courts sit. Those are resident amenities, so a sitter walking the kids to the pool goes on your access and follows the guest rules. We do not carry access of our own. A typical booking here is after-school coverage from the Wiregrass Elementary pickup through homework and dinner, or a midday dog visit while both parents are at work.
