Country Walk in Wesley Chapel, FL 33543: Country Walk is a master-planned community off Meadow Pointe Blvd in Wesley Chapel, governed by an HOA and the Country Walk CDD (created by Pasco County ordinance in 1999 over about 486 acres), with its clubhouse and recreation center at 30400 Country Point Blvd. Built from 1999, Country Walk has original owners who stayed and families who bought resales, so the same street can need a sitter and a companion visit. We are just down Bruce B. Downs in New Tampa, and Wesley Chapel is where most of our visits are.

Babysitting is in your home, for one family at a time, following your routine: dinner, homework, bath, the bedtime you set, and a tidy kitchen when you get back from Wiregrass. We never do drop-off or group care and we never bring children to our house, and that is what keeps a babysitter outside Florida's child-care licensing rules. Country Walk is zoned for Double Branch Elementary, Thomas E. Weightman Middle, Wesley Chapel High in Pasco County Schools.

We have not found a gate procedure published by the Country Walk HOA or CDD, and one local guide describes some sections as gated. If your section has a gate, add us to your visitor access before the first visit. Otherwise we come straight to the door. The amenity center is resident-fob restricted, so if you want us at the pool or clubhouse with your kids or your dog, we need your fob. We do not take children to a pool without your written permission and your fob. In the rainy season the storms come through between 3 and 6 in the afternoon, so afternoon visits are timed around them. Date nights run $24/hr with a 2-hour minimum, $3/hr per additional child from the same family, and an overnight is $165/night.
